Unstructured but trying hard. Cakes and pies taste very good. Personnel is overwhelmed and sometimes spoiled. Waiting times of up to 30 minutes for an order is apparently nothing unusual here. With a little organization, the cafe can definitely be optimized and waiting times reduced.

We had our wedding cake and cakes made for our wedding at the "Konditorei-Cafe Krupp" and were absolutely thrilled and extremely satisfied! We were professionally advised and looked after! We were able to put together a fantastic selection of goodies - everything tasted delicious and looked wonderful! Excellent quality, everything in fantastic condition in the afternoon at the wedding and great service! In addition: excellent price-performance ratio! Highly Recommended!

Best coffee I’ve had in Germany so far! Pretty, cozy interior and friendly service - they even made me an off-menu sandwich because I was so insanely hungry!!

We were there just before the store closed. Selection of cakes still ok. Food: very tasty cake, my milk cream strudel was very fluffy, airy and had a pleasant taste of butter. The hot chocolate was chocolaty, not very sweet, not 0815. Prices: good value for money Service: personable, friendly (after a definitely very busy day) Atmosphere: cozy, clean, (see photos)

Unfriendly and unreasonable service, poor quality breakfast, limited choice and poor value for money. Absolutely unsuitable for breakfast. The egg tastes of nothing and the bread is pure air. Jam and honey not fresh. Maybe the pastry shop is better, but I wouldn't recommend it for breakfast.

The slightly out-of-the-way pastry shop is an excellent address for the best cakes and confectionery products. The cafe is large, cozy and with an outside area ideal for a cup of coffee and a piece of cake or strudel. Also a small lunch is on offer. Really recommended and not so crowded. Only the service could be a little more attentive, but we can live with that.

The cake is good but the service is very slow b/c they are understaffed.
